Kevin McPhillips has enjoyed more than 30 years working in both non-profit and private leadership. Before joining the PCEO, McPhillips served as CEO of 1000 Museums, the leading online community destination for museums and exhibitions from around the world. Prior, he was President of The Princeton Companies, handpicked by the Governor's Office as a model of NJ Business growth, served as President of Direct Group, one of the nation's largest Direct Marketing firms, and spent 8 years leading non-profit centers for citizens with special needs. His experiences managing and owning businesses taught him that employee ownership and investment IS good business. Kevin is a product of Northwestern University.

Loren Rodgers is the executive director of the NCEO. Author of dozens of articles, he speaks extensively about topics such as communications, ESOP education, employee committees, business literacy, building and maintaining enthusiasm, current research, and corporate governance for employee ownership companies. Loren has a master's degree in public policy from the University of Michigan, where he studied employee ownership and international development with a focus on Slavic Europe. Before joining the NCEO in 2005, he was a senior principal and co-owner of Ownership Associates, an employee ownership consulting firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he worked for 10 years.
Ramona Rodriguez-Brooks graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, San Diego with a BA in sociology with an emphasis in social inequality and a BA in theatre. Her professional background includes theatre management, events, and education/outreach. At the NCEO, she assists the events department with the planning and execution of meetings, manages the NCEO's evolving social media needs, and supports the office with various administrative tasks.
Timothy Garbinsky is the outreach and marketing coordinator at the NCEO. As outreach coordinator, Tim is responsible for managing the marketing and outreach efforts of the NCEO, from the recruitment of volunteers to working with allied organizations, to creative project design and press communication. Originally from Maryland, Tim has worked as a creative specialist and educator on three continents. He earned his B.A. from Duke University in 2009.

Ken Baker (Chairman) is CEO of NewAge Industries Inc. in Southampton Pa. Ken is 2nd generation with over 20 years as CEO but started with the firm in high school as the janitor. NewAge manufactures plastic tubing and hose, rubber tubing and hose, fittings, fluid flow systems and RFID tag solutions. Ken sold 40% ( S ESOP) of the company to the employees over 7 years ago and is an active member of the employee ownership community. Ken has put NewAge on the track to sustainability by installing one of the largest solar arrays in Pa with 4008 solar panels.
Dan Adley (Vice Charman) is the CEO of KTA-Tator, Inc. (KTA), a consulting engineering firm specializing in the protection of our nation’s infrastructure. KTA was founded in 1949. In 2010 the employees acquired a majority interest in the Company. Dan is a member of KTA’s ESOP Committee and is the Trustee. A second-stage transaction is planned for January 1, 2016, when KTA will become a 100% employee-owned S-Corp. Dan has been with the company since 1995 and was formerly the COO/CFO. Dan is involved in all aspects of operations including finance, strategic initiatives, succession planning, culture alignment, risk management and leadership development. Dan is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
